I was really excited about the Wegmans opening up in Gainesville. I have known about Wegmans since they are all over New York and my relatives live in Syracuse. They have sprung up in Virginia recently. My dad is Italian and whenever we went to New York he would buy all these ingredients and make great Italian food. When I walked into the store the smell of prosciutto and mozzarella brought back good memories. We were restricted to this treat only when we were in New York. My favorite is coonies, which we only get in New York, but now they are at Wegmans in Gainesville. I bought some and they are ssssssoooooo good. Anyway it snowed today which was pretty weird.

Ah, Wegmans. Chow Chow has one up in State College, PA. The pastries. The baked items. Chefs on site. Ahhhhhhhhh, yes. If only they'd permit dogs in there. Pooh.
ReplyDeletea Wegmans opened near my house and now i dont go anywhere else for my groceries. they have everything from golden raspberries to great selections of cheese and beer and wine its the Mecca of grocery stores.
